The design comprised mezzanine bedrooms overlooking a double storey living environment. With panoramic outlook over Lake Jindabyne.
The construction of the development was the first to be undertaken through the snowfield winter and required a special design consideration for off site prefabrication.
The Brumby Bar & Bistro is a well know meeting place for the locals and tourists.
